VW subsidiary backs freight logistics startup FR8
San Francisco-based FR8 Revolution, which provides cloud-based tools to manage the freight trucking market, announced it has raised up to $8.5 million in Series A funding from German company MAN Truck & Bus AG, a Volkswagen Truck & Bus. The funding brings the total investment in FR8 Revolution to nearly $10 million.
