Warburg Pincus invests up to $300 mln in Princeton Growth Ventures

Warburg Pincus has invested up to $300 million to Princeton Growth Ventures, a telecom, media and technology platform from Rangu Salgame. Princeton Growth will seek to buy carve-out assets in geographies including India, China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Salgame most recently was CEO of the Growth Ventures Group.
