Waud Capital and TDDC form The GI Alliance

Waud Capital Partners LLC and Texas Digestive Disease Consultants have formed The GI Alliance, a Dallas-based gastroenterology practice management company. No financial terms were disclosed. Dr. James Weber is serving as founder and president of TGIA. GSO, the credit arm of The Blackstone Group, provided financing for the transaction while Nexus Health Capital was investment banking adviser to TDDC.
