Web Security Startup Shape Security Inks $20M
Shape Security has raised $20 million in Series B financing from investors including Venrock, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Allegis Capital, Google Ventures, TomorrowVentures and former Symantec CEO Enrique Salem. Venrock led the round for web security technology company. Ray Rothrock, partner at Venrock, has joined the company's board. Shape Security has raised $26 million to date.
