Wellspring closes Hoffmaster Group buy

Wellspring Capital Management LLC has completed its buy of Hoffmaster Group Inc. Metalmark Capital was the seller. Financial terms weren't announced. Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based Hoffmaster makes and supplies disposable tableware including paper plates, cups, napkins and decor. Robert W. Baird & Co served as financial advisor and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as legal advisor.
