Wellthie grabs $5 mln in IA Capital-led round
New York City-based Wellthie Inc, an insurance technology company, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. IA Capital Group led the round with participation from other investors that included Aflac Ventures. Concurrent with the funding, Andy Lerner, a managing partner of IA Capital and Mike Battaglia, a former chief consumer officer at Humana, have joined Wellthie’s board of directors.
