Welltok buys VC-backed Predilytics
Welltok has acquired Predilytics, a provider of healthcare analytics. No financial terms were disclosed. Welltok's backers include Bessemer Venture Partners, Emergence Capital Partners, InterWest Partners, New Enterprise Associates and Qualcomm Ventures while Predilytics' investors included Flybridge Capital Partners, Google Ventures and Highland Capital Partners.
