Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe said April 1 it has completed its buy of the QuickBase business from Intuit Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. The business will now be called QuickBase Inc and will be led by CEO Allison Mnookin. Cambridge, Massachusetts-based QuickBase provides a low-code application development platform.
