West Corp. To Acquire SKT Business Communication

West Corp., an Omaha, Neb.-based provider of call center and conference call backend solutions, has agreed to acquire SKT Business Communication Solutions, a Wichita, Kansas-based provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. West Corp. filed for a $500 million IPO last October, and is owned by THL Partners and Quadrangle Group.
