WeTransfer nabs $40 mln Series B

Amsterdam-based WeTransfer, a provider of file-sharing services for the creative community, has raised $40 million in Series B funding. HPE Growth led the round with participation from return backer Highland Europe. Arma Partners was financial adviser to WeTransfer on the transaction.
