Wexford and Trinity acquire Kansas City Marriott hotel

Wexford Lodging Advisors and Trinity Private Equity Group have acquired 398-room Marriott Kansas City Overland Park. Both Wexford and Trinity will invest about $17 million to upgrade the property's guest rooms and public spaces. Davidson Hotels and Resorts will operate the hotel.
