Wheel Pros completes Gorilla Automotive Products buy

Wheel Pros, a Clearlake Capital portfolio company, has closed its buy of Amcor Industries Inc, which does business as Gorilla Automotive Products. Financial terms weren’t announced. Gorilla, of Denver, designs, manufactures, and sells branded lug nuts, wheel locks, and accessories to retailers across North America. William Blair advised Wheel Pros.
