Will 2011 Be The Year of PE-Backed IPOs?
Dividend recaps were all the rage in 2010. But 2011 may be the year for private equity-backed IPOs. Notable candidates include HCA Holdings, Nielsen Holdings, Kinder Morgan and roughly two dozen other companies owned by buyout shops that have filed with the SEC to go public.
