William Lansing has been named president and CEO of metasearch company InfoSpace Inc. (Nasdaq: INSP). He most recently was president and CEO of Value Vision Media Inc. (Nasdaq: VVTV), and between 2001 and 2003 served as a partner with private equity firm General Atlantic.
