WireWheel.io reels in $3.1 mln seed

Arlington, Virginia-based WireWheel.io, a developer of a cloud-based data privacy and protection platform, has closed $3.1 million in seed financing. PSP Growth and New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from other investors that included Steve Case.
