Workday names Yang to board of directors
Workday said Monday that it has named Jerry Yang, co-founder of Yahoo!, to its board of directors. Yang is also the founder of Silicon Valley-based VC firm AME Cloud Ventures. Based in Pleasanton, Calif., Workday is a provider of cloud solutions for human resources and finance.
