Xura to buy Mitel Mobility

Xura Inc, a portfolio company of Siris Capital, said Dec. 19 that it agreed to buy Mitel Mobility Inc, a division of Mitel Networks Corp and Ranzure Networks Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced although press reports valued the deal at $385 million. Mitel Mobility provides voice-over-long-term evolution, voice-over-WiFi, video, rich communication services, messaging, radio access and packet core solutions.
