Yukon Partners has provided a mezzanine and equity investment in Upstream Rehabilitation Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Birmingham, Alabama-based Upstream is an outpatient physical therapy provider that operates more than 300 owned and manages clinics across a 23 states.
