ZixiTM Inks $4M from Schooner Capital

Waltham, Mass.-based ZixiTM, which is focused on delivering broadcast-quality HDTV over the cloud, has raised $4 million from Boston-based firm Schooner Capital. Individual investors Sidney Topol, former chairman and CEO of Scientific Atlanta, and Maurice Schonfeld, co-founder of CNN and the founder and former president of Food Network, invested alongside Schooner.
