Granite Partners acquires Toronto's Chair-man Mills

Canadian private equity firm Granite Partners has acquired Chair-man Mills, Inc., a Toronto, Ontario-based provider of table top rentals, stages and dance floors for special events, founded in 1911. The financial terms of the deal were not released. Granite Partners specializes in succession planning transactions, management buyouts and shot-gun transactions.
