Intuit Buys Elastic Intelligence

According to two company-related blog posts, finance software provider Intuit has acquired Elastic Intelligence. No financial terms were disclosed. Elastic Intelligence, which was backed by Alsop Louie Partners and CAP-idea, is a maker of the Connection Cloud.
