Delphi Automotive to buy PE-owned Unwired Technology

Delphi Automotive has agreed to buy Unwired Technology, which is owned by American Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Unwired is a provider of USB connectivity modules and wireless headphone systems for the global automotive sector.
