VC-backed Docker acquires Koality
Docker has bought Koality, a continuous integration solution provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in San Francisco, Docker runs an open source project used by cloud developers and operators to automate the deployment of apps. Its backers include Greylock Partners, Insight Venture Partners, Benchmark and Trinity Ventures.
