VaynerMedia buys BetaBox
Mondelez International said Wednesday it has sold Betabox to VaynerMedia. Financial terms weren’t announced. Betabox uses ecommerce retailers to distribute product samples to specific consumers. Betabox is a product of Mondelez’s mobile future initiative and Prehype.
