EME Investments acquires British luxury goods company Clive Christian

EME Investments 5 Ltd has acquired British luxury goods company Clive Christian. No financial terms were disclosed. In addition to the transaction, Amy Nelson-Bennett has been named Group CEO of Clive Christian while the company's eponymous founder Clive Christian will continue as creative director.
