PE-backed Micronics buys UPC

Micronics Filtration Holdings Inc, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, has acquired United Process Control Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Hillsborough, New Jersey, UPC is a provider of baghouse inspection, mechanical repair, bag change outs and aftermarket parts to the power, steel, cement, chemical and food sectors.
