PE-backed Nelson Global Products buys GT Exhaust and Silex Innovations

Nelson Global Products, which is backed by Wind Point Partners, has acquired GT Exhaust and Silex Innovations Inc from IAC. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln, Nebraska-based GT Exhaust is a provider of silencers, emissions solutions and related accessories while Canada-based Silex Innovations supplies exhaust products.
