Invus acquires plus-size women's clothing brand Ashley Stewart

The Invus Group has acquired a controlling stake in plus-size women's clothing retailer Ashley Stewart Inc. The sellers were Clearlake Capital Group LP and FirePine Group LLC. No financial terms were disclosed. Robert W. Baird & Co provided financial advice to Ashley Stewart on the transaction.
