Aktana picks up $17.5 mln
Aktana, a provider of decision support for global life science companies, has raised $17.5 million in financing. Safeguard Scientifics Inc led the round with other investors that included Starfish Ventures. According to the company, the capital infusion will be used for product development and international expansion.
