KKR and TowerBrook invest in OVH

KKR and TowerBrook Capital Partners will take a minority stake in OVH for 250 million euros. BNP Paribas Corporate Finance served as financial adviser to OVH on the transaction. Based in Roubaix, France, OVH is a provider of cloud infrastructure, telecommunications and web hosting services.
