Saratoga Partners buys Philips Lighting's Xenon cinema business

Saratoga Partners has acquired Philips Lighting's Xenon cinema business, which makes xenon arc lamps for digital cinema projectors. No financial terms were disclosed. Xenon will be renamed Lighting Technologies International LLC.
