Warburg Pincus-backed Hygiena to acquire DuPont's food safety diagnostics unit

Hygiena, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, will acquire DuPont's global food safety diagnostics business. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal that's expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
