Arxan Technologies buys VC-backed Apperian

Arxan Technologies has acquired Boston-based Apperian, a mobile application management and security company. No financial terms were disclosed. Apperian is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, North Bridge Venture Partners and Converge Venture Partners.
