KKR provides $50 mln to Cherwell Software

Colorado-based Cherwell Software LLC, a provider of IT service management solutions, has raised $50 million in funding. The investor was KKR. In addition to the investment, KKR's Vini Letteri has been added to Cherwell's board of managers.
