Battery Ventures' PST to buy Analytial Industries Inc

Battery Ventures' Process Sensing Technologies has agreed to acquire Pomona, California-based Analytical Industries Inc, a maker of electrochemical oxygen sensors and gas-analysis products. No financial terms were disclosed. Battery will merge AII and another portfolio company UK-based Michell Instruments, a provider of moisture and humidity measurement solutions.
