Carlyle to sell ITRS to TA Associates

TA Associates has agreed to acquire ITRS, a software vendor for the financial services industry. The seller is The Carlyle Group. No financial terms were disclosed. William Blair is serving as financial adviser to ITRS on the transaction. The deal is expected to close this April.
