Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.N), Novartis AG (NOVN.S) and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (4502.T) are in talks with the controlling bloc of Brazilian drugmaker Hypermarcas SA (HYPE3.SA) for a buyout, sources told Reuters.
