PE-backed Anvil completes AFCON acquisition

Anvil International, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has closed its previously announced buy of El Monte, California-based AFCON, a maker of fire protection pipe hangers and seismic bracing products. No financial terms were disclosed.
