Ares Management to acquire hair brand DevaCurl

Ares Management LP has agreed to acquire Deva Holdings Inc, the parent company of hair brand DevaCurl. The sellers include Tengram Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Jefferies LLC provided financial advice to Ares on the transaction while Financo did likewise to DevaCurl.
