Ardian to buy Dynamic Technologies, will merge with Huron

Ardian will acquire Attimis, Italy-based Dynamic Technologies S.p.A., a maker of automotive fluid-handling systems and precision aluminum parts. When the deal closes, Ardian will then merge DT with portfolio company Huron Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.
