Prometheus Group buys Pipeline Group, Sage Tech

Prometheus Group, a Francisco Partners portfolio company, has acquired Pipeline Group Inc and Sage Technology. Financial terms weren’t announced. Pipeline provides solutions for organizations to plan, schedule, manage and execute shutdowns/turnarounds and capital projects. Sage Technology, of Australia, is focused on industrial safe work solutions including electronic permit to work, risk assessment, and job monitoring.
