H.I.G.-backed AVI-SPL acquires Sharp's Audio Visual

AVI-SPL Inc, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Calgary, Alberta-based Sharp's Audio Visual, a provider of audio visual systems technology for meeting and collaborative spaces, digital signage solutions, classroom technologies and lecture theaters. No financial terms were disclosed.
