PE-backed Prelude Fertility to buy Vivere Health

Prelude Fertility, which is backed by Lee Equity Partners, has agreed to acquire Vivere Health and its flagship partner, the Houston Fertility Institute. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Vivere Health owns and operates ambulatory surgery centers and in-vitro fertilization facilities.
