CVC to acquire Italian pharmaceutical business Recordati

CVC Capital Partners has agreed to acquire the Italian pharmaceutical business Recordati from the Recordati family, at 28 million euros per share. Leopoldo Zambeletti and Rothschild are providing financial advice to CVC on the deal while Jefferies is doing likewise for Recordati.
