Harvest acquires the Dwyer Group from Riverside

The Riverside Company has sold the Dwyer Group, a parent company of trade service brands, to Harvest Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris William, William Blair and Jones Day advised Riverside on the transaction. Riverside first invested in Dwyer in 2003 and then again in 2014.
