BV sells REAN to Hitachi Vantara

BV Investment Partners has sold REAN Cloud to Hitachi Vantara, a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd. No financial terms were disclosed. Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, REAN Cloud helps customers design, build, migrate, and manage their IT workloads and applications on Amazon Web Services.
