InfraRed closes fourth real estate fund at $685 mln
InfraRed Capital Partners, an investment manager focused on real estate and infrastructure, has raised $685 million for its fourth fund. The limited partners of InfraRed Active Real Estate Fund IV include pension funds, foundations, family offices and fund-of-funds. Atlantic-Pacific Capital was the placement agent for the fund.
