Kinderhook-backed ACV buys CTR Industries

ACV, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries LLC, has acquired Bridgeport, Connecticut-based CTR Industries Inc, a provider of industrial services. No financial terms were disclosed. Potters & Della Pietra LLC provided legal counsel to Kinderhook while Jacobi Case & Speranzini, P.C. did likewise for CTR.
