MDP announces new appointments and promotions
Chicago-based private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners has made a number of appointments and promotions. Mike Dolce, who joined the firm earlier this year as a managing director and head of capital markets, will lead MDP's new capital markets group. Josh Damon will join MDP as a managing director and head of the firm’s newly created portfolio resources function. Jason Shideler, a leading member of the firm's healthcare team, has been promoted to managing director; Annie Terry is now managing director, general counsel and chief compliance officer; Dave Pequet, has become a managing director; Karla Bullard has been promoted to managing director and CFO; and Erin Arnold is now a director. Also, Terry is succeeding Mark Tresnowski who is retiring from his current role but will remain as a senior adviser.
