CIP Capital promotes one to VP and hires another as principal

CIP Capital has promoted Kevin Formica to vice president and hired Michael Grady as a principal for its senior investment team. Formica joined the middle-market private equity firm in 2014. And, previously, Grady worked at Partners Group where he was most recently a senior vice president in the direct private equity group.
